CDM Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor with over 100 years of combined experience across Southern California and beyond. We specialize in tenant improvement, retail center, restaurant and hospitality projects, and every one of those projects rests on relationships built on trust with the owners we work for.
Our work runs from oceanfront hotels such as Shutters on the Beach and Casa del Mar to family entertainment parks, resort spas and neighborhood storefronts. Whatever the building, one accountable team carries it from pre-construction budgeting through turnover, so owners never manage a chain of hand-offs.
