Royce Wine Room
A design-build wine room with wine racks on every wall behind an all-glass exterior.
Project Overview
CDM Construction Inc. built the Royce Wine Room in Pasadena, CA, a private dining room surrounded on all sides by wine.
The team worked closely with the designer and ownership from design through construction, so the finished room matches their vision down to the last rack.
Project Details
CDM delivered the room as a full design-build, working closely with the designer and ownership on every element: the lighting, the flooring, the wine racks that line the walls and the all-glass exterior that puts the collection on show.
