Project Overview

CDM Construction Inc. completed a full renovation of The Sands Hotel in Indian Wells, CA.

The work covered the exterior, a new pool and pool deck, all-new landscaping, the public spaces, the lobby and the guest rooms. Working closely with the designer and the owner, we delivered a successful project.

Project Details

Outside, the hotel gained a new pool and pool deck with striped cabanas and all-new landscaping. Inside, the lobby and public spaces were finished in patterned black-and-white tile, and the guest rooms and bathrooms were rebuilt with new headboards, lighting, tile and fixtures.
