Project Overview
CDM Construction Inc. successfully completed the full renovation of all exterior work, and some of the interior work, across the entire Malibu Lumber Yard center. CDM worked closely with the designer and ownership to achieve the vision and the quality they set for the property.
The project was completed on schedule and on budget. The result is a center that reads as one piece again: refinished timber and dark facades, clean new railings and walkways, and shared spaces that welcome visitors from the parking court to the upper terraces.
Project Details
The refurbishment covered every public face of the center: a full refinish of the exterior facia, new glass railings along the upper walkways that open the views while improving safety, and a complete modernization of the public restrooms, alongside selected interior work.
