CDM Construction Inc. successfully completed a full build-out of a new 18,000 sq ft tenant improvement for Cloudbound in New Rochelle, New York.

The project was completed on schedule and on budget, turning an empty retail box into a bright, open venue where families move easily from check-in to the play floor, the café and the party rooms.

Project Details

Inside the new storefront, the build-out delivered a high-bay play floor for the soft-play structures, slides and ball pit, a timber reception counter, a café and parent lounge, and a row of glass-walled party rooms.
