CDM Construction Inc. completed a successful tenant improvement for CB2 in Santa Monica, CA, working closely with the designers, the architect, the owner and the whole project team.
From the new storefront to the interior work, we stayed within the established initial budget.
Project Details
The work ran from a new storefront, with full-height glazing under the CB2 sign, to the showroom inside: steel-framed glass walls, track lighting and timber floors that set out the room displays.
